IN-14 (ИH-14) Nixie Tube SPICE Macro Model. A Nixie tube, or cold cathode display, is an electronic device used for displaying numerals or other information using glow discharge. Nixie displays were developed by the Haydu Brothers Laboratories- a small electron‑tube manufacturing company founded by György K. Haydu and Zoltán Haydu, a pair of Hungarian brothers who emigrated at the beginning of World War II- and were introduced in 1955 by the Burroughs Corporation, which acquired Haydu and registered the Nixie trademark. The IN-14 (Russian) tube displays 0-9 and left&right DPs.
