EF98 (6ET6) Low-Voltage RF Pentode SPICE Macro Model. The EF98 amplifier pentode was designed for IF amplifier use in VHF car radios. It is special in that it is designed to have the anode operating directly at vehicle battery potential. The normal operating conditions were for an anode voltage of six volts.
